This Student Booking Policy is an operational document of One Button Studio. It is not a policy of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and has not been issued or approved by the University. Where applicable law or a binding KNUST requirement says something different, that law or requirement applies.
One Button Studio offers student pricing for KNUST students. This policy explains who qualifies and the rules that apply.
1.Who qualifies
Student packages, student memberships and student pricing are intended for eligible KNUST students. To use them you must be a current KNUST student at the time of the session.
2.Verifying your student status
You may be asked to verify your status before student pricing is applied or before your session is confirmed. Depending on the method the studio has chosen, verification may use:
- a KNUST student email address, at the domain knust.edu.gh;
- a student ID reference, checked by studio staff;
- other information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility.
You may also be asked to show your student ID when you arrive.
The studio will never ask for your KNUST portal password or any other KNUST login details. Do not give them to anyone claiming to act for the studio.

3.Student pricing is personal to you
- Student pricing may not be transferred to, or used on behalf of, a person who is not an eligible student.
- A session booked at student pricing must be for the student's own use.
- If a booking was made at student pricing by someone who is not eligible, the studio may cancel it or charge the standard price.
4.Student memberships
Only eligible KNUST students may hold a student membership. If you stop being a KNUST student, you may not buy or renew a student membership. The general membership rules are in the Terms and Conditions.
5.University rules still apply
As a KNUST student you remain subject to all applicable KNUST student rules while using the studio, including the University's rules on student conduct. The studio may refer a matter involving a student to the appropriate KNUST channel where that is required.
6.What a studio booking does not do
Student pricing and a studio booking do not give you unrestricted access to KNUST facilities. A booking does not override:
- class schedules;
- examinations;
- University events;
- security restrictions;
- building access rules;
- KNUST administrative requirements.
If any of these prevents your session from going ahead, contact the studio. Where the studio has to withdraw the session, the Refund Policy applies.
7.Other policies
Student bookings are subject to the same policies as every other booking, including the Studio Policy, the Content and Recording Policy and the Booking and Cancellation Policy.
